Con la llegada de la nueva reforma en México, la mayoría de las empresas que brindan servicios se vieron afectadas, pues, debido a esto tuvieron que recurrir a nuevos procesos como el registro en el Padrón de Servicios Especializados (REPSE), con el cual se les permite en la actualidad continuar operando bajo las nuevas leyes que regulan diversos temas entre ellos la subcontratación. Como se mencionó anteriormente la importancia de este radica en que al contar con tu registro puedes continuar con tus actividades bajo el marco de la ley y en el caso de no hacerlo podrías enfrentarte a multas por millones de pesos, esto aplica tanto para el proveedor que brinda el servicio como para la empresa que lo contrata. Aunque en la actualidad ya no se permite la subcontratación, aún se puede contratar servicios independientes y servicios especializados siempre y cuando cumplan con lo necesario. Los servicios especializados de calidad permiten a las empresas mejorar sus estándares de calidad por medio del aumento de eficiencia al mismo tiempo que ahorran tiempo.

Puede ser que:- NO este al día en Impuestos de SAT, IMSS o INFONAVIT

- Declara sueldos falsos en IMSS
- Declara distintas actividades en cada institución (STPS, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT)
- No cuenta con contratos ni de servicios ni de trabajadores
Recuerda que Empresas Sorteadoras o Tercerías de Calidad como A&T cuentan con:
- Registro REPSE
- Informe cuatrimestral IMSS (ICSOE)
- Cumple con los lineamientos de STPS
- Informe Mensual de Ley Antilavado
- Opinión positiva de Cumplimiento SAT
- Informe cuatrimestral INFONAVIT (SISUB)
