La respuesta es muy sencilla, al subcontratar de esta manera estas operando sin respetar el marco de la ley, lo cual se traduce como una violación a la ley, por lo que, lo más probable es que te enfrentes a una serie de multas y sanciones dentro de las cuales se puede reconocer el pago de millones de pesos e incluso el cierre de tu empresa.
